Cogniviti Labs Expands into South Africa to Drive AI-Led Enterprise Transformation
Cogniviti Labs (C-Labs), a Singapore-headquartered artificial intelligence and digital transformation company specialising in next-generation procurement and finance solutions, has announced its expansion into South Africa as part of its global growth strategy.
The move introduces C-Labs’ award-winning AI-powered enterprise solutions and digital transformation capabilities to South African organisations seeking to modernise procurement, finance and broader business operations.
Established in Singapore, the company has experienced rapid growth, with operations already established in Singapore, India and Indonesia, while Australia, the United Kingdom and South Africa are now joining its expanding global footprint. Built by industry practitioners rather than traditional software consultants, C-Labs combines global consulting expertise with deep operational experience, bringing together leaders who have led large-scale digital transformation initiatives for some of the world’s most complex organisations.
The company’s African operations will be led by Manav Sachdeva, a ProcureTech and digital transformation expert with more than 20 years of experience in procurement innovation, automation and technology-driven transformation. The South African business will operate through a local sales and delivery team in Johannesburg, supported by the company’s delivery centres in Singapore and India, enabling clients to benefit from both global expertise and local accountability.
As a global implementation and transformation partner for leading SaaS platforms, including Coupa and OneStream, C-Labs offers capabilities spanning strategy development, solution design, implementation, adoption and continuous innovation.
According to Sachdeva, the South African business will initially focus on three key offerings.
The first is enterprise procurement and finance transformation through Coupa. Having been recognised by Coupa as its New International Breakout Partner of the Year 2026, C-Labs will deliver end-to-end source-to-pay transformation services that extend beyond technology deployment. The company’s approach combines operating model design, solution implementation, change management and the deployment of Coupa AI agents to help organisations achieve measurable value from their digital investments.
The second area focuses on proprietary AI solutions. C-Labs has developed AI-driven Spend Analytics and Master Data Management tools designed to convert fragmented and complex spend and master data into actionable insights.
Sachdeva noted that, unlike off-the-shelf offerings, the company co-develops AI-powered procurement solutions with clients, tailoring them to specific business challenges, operational processes and data environments. He added that the platforms are highly flexible and can integrate with enterprise resource planning systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft and Sage.
The third offering centres on Agentic AI for future enterprises. C-Labs has developed a portfolio of AI agents for procurement and finance functions aimed at augmenting enterprise teams by automating complex workflows, generating insights and enabling faster decision-making. These domain-specific intelligent agents are expected to help South African organisations position themselves at the forefront of autonomous and intelligent business operations.
Sachdeva said the company’s expansion into South Africa represents more than geographic growth, reflecting increasing demand for transformation partners that combine strategic advisory expertise, enterprise technology capabilities and AI-driven innovation.
He stated that South African organisations are entering a new phase of transformation where the focus has shifted from whether AI should be adopted to how quickly it can generate measurable business value.
According to him, Cogniviti Labs differentiates itself by combining the strategic perspective of a global consultancy, the execution capabilities of a technology partner and the innovation mindset of an AI company.
He added that the company aims to partner with organisations to address complex business challenges, co-create intelligent solutions and help redefine the future of procurement and finance.
Drawing on his experience working with some of Africa’s largest enterprises over the past two decades, Sachdeva said the region has a significant opportunity to leapfrog traditional transformation paths and become a leader in AI-enabled business operations.

He noted that the company’s mission is to bring global innovation, deep industry expertise and practical AI solutions that deliver meaningful outcomes for African businesses.
