ESDIAC Global Systems Limited, a Nigerian technology company, has secured a licence to operate in Nigeria’s data market, paving the way for the expansion of its telecommunications and digital communication services.
The development was disclosed in a statement issued in Lokoja on Friday by the company’s founder and Chief Executive Officer, Austin Ugbebor.
Ugbebor said the licence would enable the company to provide cross-border data solutions, international connectivity, data top-ups and global eSIM services to Nigerian consumers and businesses.

The company’s chief executive commended President Bola Tinubu and the Federal Government for policies designed to promote competition and growth in Nigeria’s digital economy.
According to him, ESDIAC will leverage the licence to expand its operations, invest in local infrastructure, develop talent and extend affordable communication services to underserved communities.
Ugbebor disclosed that the company operates in at least 150 countries and 400 cities worldwide, providing international calling services, global eSIMs and cross-border data solutions.
He encouraged members of the public seeking further information to contact Adoga Ibrahim via email.
